Some easy tips to eating healthy:
Avoid fried foods
Don’t drink large amounts of soda
Avoid eating past 8 PM
Always eat breakfast
Drink plenty of water
Staying active through:
Student Rec Center
Handling all my classes & maintaining good grades.
Get plenty of sleep
Attend class regularly
Use a planner to manage schedule
Study in advance for tests and keep up with all coursework
Trying new things.
Take an activity class that is fun and new like
archery, wall climbing, or tennis.
Join a club
Consider Greek life
In the residence halls
Get to know the people you see everyday
